For some reason the massive amount of people occupying these great cities is causing negligence for the residents of their facilities. Nurses are very impersonal and choose to be far less caring than centers in rural places like a Blakely Georgia. The competition is small due to the majority of people using the nursing homes so it becomes about the money and not the patient.
