From what I have read complaints and lawsuits have been filed by the dozens and nursing home facilities have now cracked down hard. Managers and head nurses are watching everything within their areas to reduce complaints and legal fees that cost them millions of dollars. Customer service is taking on an entire different meaning in the great state of Texas.
